We combine modern research, evidence based practices, and our extensive clinical experience and training to provide individualized planning and services to all of our clients.

We strive to make mental health services accessible, convenient, and affordable. We accept most major insurance (including Medicare and Medicaid).

Our therapists are available from 9 am to 7 pm, M-Th (excluding some holidays) and 9 am to 5 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. We can also provide Telehealth appointments as needed or when convenient.

Our goal is to provide our community access to mental health treatment services.  If you have questions about mental health treatment, insurance coverage, etc., please call or text us and we are happy to consult with you and will do everything we can to get you the help you need.
