Jessica Moody, LCSW has been in the social work field since 2015 and a practicing clinician since 2017. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in social work at the University of Utah.
Jessica is a therapist that utilizes a strength based approach to holistic healing. Jessica guides clients in accessing solutions and strengths within themselves, to mindfully navigate their lives in ways to work toward balance and growth. She draws from evidence based practices to give clients tools and strategies that target behavior and thought patterns to contribute to healing and wellness. Areas of interest and experience include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, interpersonal conflict, grief and loss, and trauma.
Jessica works with adolescents and adults. She tailors models of therapy to the needs of the client. Modalities commonly used in session include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
