Samantha Pranger, LCSW, is a therapist that values individuality and personal growth, and strives to help her clients achieve that through her work with them. She has been working in the field of social work for 5 years, and has been working as a mental health therapist for 3 of those years. During that time, Samantha received her Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Utah and developed particular strengths and interests in utilizing the evidenced-based practices of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Samantha continues to learn and be open to learning new evidence-based practices based on clients’ needs.
Samantha enjoys working with all ages, but has the most professional experiences with children and adolescents. She has experience working with people of all ages with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamic issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, divorce, and grief and loss. She is also a credentialed NOJOS Levels 1 and 2 provider for adolescents.
Samantha has spent her life here in Utah, and loves spending time in the beautiful landscapes of Utah. Samantha also particularly enjoys dancing, singing, and spending time with her family.
